XULIANG is a professional manufacturer that integrates models design, models making and production. As of 2022, we have over 18 years of experience in the production of plastic bottle caps. At a development rate of over 10 plastic bottle caps per year, we have now developed over 480 models. Of these, 5 of our products have been patented.
Our company is equipped with sophisticated automated production equipment, as well as efficient production capacity.
We have 22 fully automatic production machines, 18 high-speed automated robots and more than 20 ancillary equipment, with an annual production capacity of 300 million.

In all stages of production, we strictly control the quality of our products to eliminate problems and relieve our customers’ concerns, which is the key to our quality assurance.
Our production process is a 6-step process as follows.
We have authoritative raw material suppliers as partners and only use raw materials that comply with SGS or MSDS certificates to ensure that product materials are of high quality.
Each batch of raw materials will be counted and inspected by professional quality inspectors, and the required materials will be formulated according to the needs of different orders to prevent the use of wrong materials!
During the production process, production staff will check the production equipment every 30 minutes to ensure that the product is free from defects and that professional maintenance staff will deal with any problems immediately.
If the product needs to enter the gasket, we also have a professional fully automatic gasket machine with a daily capacity of up to 100,000 pieces. Ensuring efficiency and quality, we provide our customers with a quality product and finish it on time.
Every day, The commissioner checks the vacuum tightness and torque test of the lid, and records product information. If there is a problem with the lid, prompt the production department and deal with the corresponding problem!
Before shipment, we will check the packed products, confirm the colour and model of the products paired on the order, the salesman will check the products one by one and give feedback to the customer to ensure that the customer has no worries and receives the products smoothly after the products are shipped.
